Brashear played host Novinger Wednesday at the Novinger Tournament. The game was close with Novinger leading 10-8 after one quarter. Foul trouble became a factor in the 2nd quarter and Novinger surged to a 30-17 halftime lead. Brashear close the gap to 3 points early in the 4th, but Novinger put the game away late grabbing a 64-53 win.
